I am very excited about the new pattern company oliver + s. They carry very stylish and fun children's clothing patterns for newborn to size 8. The majority of them are for girls, but they have a few for little boys.
The designs have a vintage feel to them. I came across the company on the disdressed blog. Liesl Gibson is the founder and designer. She started the company after she had her first child and was unhappy with the selections of children's patterns available. She is passionate about sewing and wanted to create unique garments for her child. I am grateful she decided to share them with the world. Although I don't have small children anymore, I do have many nieces and nephews I sew for and hopefully one day, if God so grants the privilege, grandchildren!
They are an investment at $15.95 a piece, but the patterns are well made and the directions clear. Many of the patterns have multiple pieces so you can really get creative. I love them!
