Christmas Eve Dinner...

This year we are going to Mass on Christmas morning. So I decided to cook the big family meal on Christmas Eve and then have a simpler meal for Christmas Day. This will help alleviate some of the stress in my house for the holiday. The majority of this years menu comes form one of my favorite cookbooks "The Christmas Table" by Diane Morgan. I am really looking forward to the time in the kitchen with my guys. They really labored over their choices this year and I think it will be a great success. I promise to post pictures later. Bon Appetite! Mary
