This BBQ Chicken Supper recipe has been a real winner over the years. I can change the flavor by whatever BBQ sauce I chose to use. A favorite in my house is Memphis BBQ sauce, which was used in the dish pictured above. I usually serve it with the traditional sides of beans and cole slaw. However, given the temperatures outside I opted for brown rice and steamed broccoli. The assembly is so quick and again there is the option of freezing it as a dinner kit before hand.
