When Daddy's home the griddle comes out. Today we began our "official" Christmas vacation. We slept a little later and moved slowly through the day as we waited for my in-laws to arrive. Jerry got out the griddle and made our favorite griddlecakes. They are light and fluffy and oh so good. You can add anything you want to them or have them plain. These are a staple in our home for those slow mornings when you have to have that second cup of coffee.Labels: In the Kitchen
