small successes (vol.31)...

FaithButton

"It’s important for moms to recognize that all the small successes in our days can add up to one big triumph. So on Thursday of each week, we do exactly that."
Danielle Bean @ Faith and Family LIVE!

1.
This week has brought many opportunities for grace. Courtney continues to hold her own weight wise. She didn't lose/gain anything this week. So we continue to take one step at a time and the rest is up to GOD.

2.
I have walked everyday this week. My route takes me up hills and down and the heart rate definitely moves. All in all it takes about 45 minutes to walk almost 2 miles. I know, I'm as slow as a tortoise. I will be working on that in the coming weeks. For now I am just happy to be moving.

3.
I have been trying to stay on top of the paper clutter in the house.
This week Paper -0, Mary - 1

Head on over to FaithandFamilyLIVE! and be inspired one small success at a time!

Blessings and Grace,
Mary

Great! I'm glad Courtney is doing better...and those longs walks...I agree..at least you are moving! That's what I am working on too (but I've only been able to sneak our for 20-30 minutes...we do what we can :) )

Wow! Wish you lived nearby so we could walk together. Prayers for Courtney.

Agh! Paper clutter is the worst! It all seems so important but it must be thinned or it'll take over.

Yay for walking! I'm glad I live in flat-ville. Hills and I don't get along... I'm super impressed by your abilities there.

Will pray for Courtney.

Great week!

I'd walk with you too!

If you're doing hills and dales, 2 miles in 45 minutes- I think you're doing pretty good. I walk almost 3 miles in an hour on a flat, boring course. On the same course you'd probably pass me - twice!

You ROCK Mary! Can't wait to see you this weekend. I'll be bringing my walker, so I'll toddle along as fast I can (about like a turtle, but hey, the tortoise won the race!)
