As we prepare for the Lenten season which begins next Wednesday, now is a good time to try making a menu plan for those six weeks. This way your prepared and stress free when it comes to creating easy meat free family meals.
I have shared many meatless recipes on this blog in the past year or so. My favorite would be the Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup. Oh so good with a crusty loaf of bread.
