we inturupt our regularly scheduled programming...

...to attend the 136th Annual Labor Day Picnic at our home parish St. Mary of Sorrows in Northern VA.

It is a tradition started by the Irish railroad workers in the late 1800's. There will be three-legged races, pass the potatoe, pie eating contests, rock climbing, lazer tag, ponies rides and so much food it will be a challenge to taste it all.

So I will post my blessing update tonight...until then Happy Labor Day my friends!!

I won my round (YAY!) but got creamed by a very
hungry ten year old in the final round.
